Well i recently obtained a gold hammer. Seeing as i have no intention to use it my self, how much should i try sell it for?

Fiery Ram's Hammer of Warding
Fire Dmg:17-31 (req. 7 Hammer Mastery)
Damage + 14% (while health is above 50%)
Armor + 6 (vs. elemental attacks)

it has decent stats and a nice low req.... however, as it isnt max damage, i doubt you will get anyone to buy it. if you do find a buyer, it will likely be a lower lvl player who is likely new and simply cant afford a nice max dmg weapon.

thats just my opinion though, could be quite wrong.

your not wrong the most you can sell it for would be around the errrrrrrm 3k maximum if you get more for it the buyer is a mad-man

It's not max. You're looking at around 750g for it on American servers (Dunno if Undead Mesmer is in Europe or what, but if it isnt max it's nearly impossible to sell in the American districts... And surely not for over 1k. It's also a hammer, low desireability.)
